Call for Papers

1. Abstracts must be submitted through Google Form during registration.
2. Abstracts should be data oriented reflecting the major findings of an unpublished paper.
3. The abstract must be free from plagiarism.
4. All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and will be selected either for oral or poster presentation.
5. At least one author should register by paying the required registration fee. Only registered participants will be allowed to attend the Conference.
6. Both abstracts of oral and poster presentations will appear in the book of abstracts.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Any author can send more than one abstract single / jointly. But separate registration should be done for each submitted abstract.
2. Abstracts must all be submitted in English. The number of abstracts per presenting author is limited to one in each theme.
3. The abstract(s) should not have more than 500 words and should be sent as an attachment in Google form both as Word and PDF file.

The following information may kindly be noted while preparing the abstract:

The title of the paper centered with bold capital letters (14 font Times New Roman)

1. Name of the presenting author should be written in bold letters (12 font Times New Roman)
2. The author(s) should clearly mention their name, affiliation, contact no. and e-mail. The name of the corresponding and presenting authors should be underlined (12 font Times New Roman-normal font).
3. Keywords (maximum 6)
4. A 500-word abstract must contain precise information including brief introduction, objective of the paper, methodology, results and conclusion (12 font Times New Roman normal, justified)

Last Date of Registration and Submission of Abstract: 30.04.2026 (before 6:00 PM IST)

 গবেষণামূলক প্রবন্ধ বিষয়ক নির্দেশিকা:

১. রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় গুগল ফর্ম-এর মাধ্যমে অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট জমা দিতে হবে।

২. অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট তথ্যনির্ভর হবে এবং মূল প্রবন্ধে (অপ্রকাশিত হওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক) গবেষণার কোন কোন নতুন দিক তুলে ধরতে চাওয়া হবে, সে সম্পর্কে স্পষ্টতা তৈরি করবে।

৩. অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্টে কোনো ধরনের চৌর্যবৃত্তি না-থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।

৪. প্রতিটি অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট বিশেষজ্ঞদের দ্বারা পর্যালোচিত হবে এবং তাঁদের মতামতের ভিত্তিতে নির্বাচিত অ্যাবস্ট্রাক্টটি মৌখিক অথবা পোস্টার উপস্থাপনার জন্য বিবেচিত হবে।

৫. অন্তত একজন লেখককে নির্ধারিত ফি দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র রেজিস্টার্ড অংশগ্রহণকারীরাই সম্মেলনে অংশ নিতে পারবেন।

৬. মৌখিক ও পোস্টার—উভয় ধরনের অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্টই অ্যাবস্ট্রাক্ট বুক-এ প্রকাশ করা হবে।

অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট জমা দেওয়ার নির্দেশিকা:

১. একজন লেখক একাধিক অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট (একক বা যৌথভাবে) জমা দিতে পারেন, তবে প্রতিটির জন্য আলাদা রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।

২. অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট ইংরেজি অথবা বাংলা ভাষায় লিখতে হবে। প্রতিটি থিমে একজন উপস্থাপক সর্বোচ্চ একটি অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট জমা দিতে পারবেন।

৩. অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০ শব্দের মধ্যে হতে হবে এবং গুগল ফর্ম-এ এম এস ওয়ার্ড ও পিডিএফ—দুই ফরম্যাটেই সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।

 অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্ট প্রস্তুতের সময় যে বিষয়গুলো খেয়াল রাখতে হবে:

১. প্রবন্ধের শিরোনাম বোল্ড করে, কেন্দ্রে লিখতে হবে (ফন্ট: টাইমস নিউ রোমান (বাংলায় হলে কালপুরুষ), সাইজ ১৪)।

২. উপস্থাপক লেখকের নাম বোল্ড করে লিখতে হবে (ফন্ট: টাইমস নিউ রোমান (বাংলায় হলে কালপুরুষ), সাইজ ১২)।

৩. লেখক(দের) নাম, সংস্থা, যোগাযোগ নম্বর ও ই-মেইল স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে। করেসপন্ডিং এবং প্রেজেন্টিং লেখকের নাম আন্ডারলাইন করতে হবে (ফন্ট: টাইমস নিউ রোমান (বাংলায় হলে কালপুরুষ), সাইজ ১২)।

৪. কীওয়ার্ড (সর্বোচ্চ ৬টি)।

৫. ৫০০ শব্দের অ্যাবস্ট্র্যাক্টে সংক্ষিপ্ত ভূমিকা, উদ্দেশ্য, পদ্ধতি, ফলাফল এবং উপসংহার থাকতে হবে (ফন্ট: টাইমস নিউ রোমান (বাংলায় হলে কালপুরুষ), সাইজ ১২, জাস্টিফায়েড)।
